Summer weekends tend to pass by oh so quickly in the Potts' household. We seem to savor every second and by the end of Sunday evening are wondering where the time went?
This weekend, our time flew by out on the lake. We took the boat out both days this weekend. Saturday with two friends of ours and today just the two of us. When we head out we tend to find a quiet cove, drop anchor and spend the day in and out of the water relaxing.
This weekend was no exception. With temperatures in the mid to upper 90's each day we spent more time in the water than out. I think we're going to be in for another long, hot summer which means that by mid-July the water will be bathwater warm.
I have another leg procedure coming up on Wednesday. Not like the last one, but injections into my legs. It means I'll be back in compression hose for another two weeks. Send up a little prayer for some 80's to come my way the next two weeks, pretty please?
We plan to deal with the compression hose with movies. The new X-Men, specifically next weekend.
