Dear Me

Dear Stomach,

Please quick thinking you're bigger than you are. Otherwise you WILL end up being bigger, knocking all my hard work out the window.

Thanks much!

PS:

Dear Brain,

Could you knock it off & quick eating because I'm tired/stressed/bored. If eating were an Olympic sport, we'd be like Michael Phelps and all his medals!

Thanks much!

Anyone else feel like this during the holiday season when it's all about food & drinks? Food at the office, food at parties, etc.

I actually end up losing weight during the holidays because I drink instead of eat! ;)

yes, i'm having that issue...i can't seem to pass up any food, at all! ;) especially sweets! ah! i'm only supposed to be gaining a pound a week but at this rate it's going to be a lot more than that!

I can relate. The cold weather and all the goodies around makes it so easy for me to eat too much and not workout. :( I think I'll be one of the many people trying to lose the added pounds after the new year!

We were married this past Labor Day weekend. I lost 15lbs before our wedding. Since then I've gained it all back. Now, after all the Halloween fun, candy corn & thanksgiving goodies I've gained it all back. I'm sure that by the time the holidays are over, I'll have added another 5. 20lbs in 4 months... that might be a record for someone who isn't pregnant. LOL
