Fabulous Friday

Happy Friday Everyone! It's here - another edition of Fabulous Friday! A highlight of all things fabulous that I've stumbled across over the course of this week (in no particular order, of course!) or even fond memories I have stored in my brain.

As with last week's FF, I'm going to highlight some blogs on Fabulous Friday that may have touched my heart, made me laugh out loud or perhaps even just re-evaluate the way I look at things.

Last Friday Mayra over at life is Bananas shared her new kitchen with her readers. I immediately saved the post & showed it to Mr. Potts. We oohed & ahhed over her new appliances, new countertops & new cabinets. We were especially in love with her new faucet and sink. Could this be a touch faucet??

Gwen wrote this week about what parents do while kids are away. Having no children myself & planning to not ever, I read this & thought, "Huh. I wonder if my mom used to look forward to me being gone." Then I continued reading & just about died when I saw the Rear Gear. DIED I tell you!!

Kimmie went to San Diego recently & shared with her readers her trip to the San Diego Zoo. Being the big zoo fan that I am, I loved the pictures & the video she posted. I've always wanted a koala bear. Anyone think I stand a chance in hell of convincing Mr. Potts that I NEED one after he continues to turn me down for a puppy?

From Kimmie's blog post.

Apparently the brighter ones "fake & bake"!

We've all been there & done that, right? You walk out to your car & see the spot of bird doo on it. Sometimes it may look like the bird had a case of the runs. I hope I'm not the only one this happens to! Brittany had a case of attacking birds recently. She fought the battle & beat it. Except the way she tells her stories has me dying laughing. Cracking up in my seat. Trying not to spit water all over my computer.
She didn't take this picture, but I wish she'd taken one to share!

Happy Friday everyone! What inspired you, made you laugh or cry, made you smile or made you hungry this week?

Should I use a McLinky for these last few so you all can link up with your faves? Let me know what you think.

Enjoy your weekends!!

aw you're so sweet. thank you for featuring my wittle kitchen :)

just for you curious minds, it's actually not a touch faucet (do those exist?!)...the knob on the left turns it on and off.

happy friday!!!

love your highlights this week. Brittany's car story had me in tears too. You know the zoo in Columbia is pretty fabulous AND there are koala bears. We should go sometime. I say keep trying with Mr. Potts...you have a way with him and eventually you could really wear him down. If you keep on about the koala enough that it will be easy to convince him of the puppy. :)

How was your Girls Night on Saturday. I was thinking about you and hope it went well.

Ahhh that poor car! Sometimes I feel like birds just know when you have a clean car and want to ruin it on purpose...
